Manning Homes is a third generation, family-owned and operated business with over 30 years of experience in the planning, development, design, and construction of quality homes, apartments, and commercial properties across Central Texas and the Greater Fort Hood area.
The owners and employees of Manning Homes have invested in the community and surrounding area. We continually strive to build outstanding homes that the buyers and builder can take pride in. This philosophy has manifested itself in homes that maintain their value and subdivisions that continue to produce fast resales year after year.
Brief History of Manning Homes
Chartered as Jay Manning Homes, we began building single family homes in Copperas Cove in 1995. Built upon the principles of quality, honesty, and value, we developed a reputation for building great homes. Since our inception, we have expanded upon these principles to broaden our construction experience to commercial building and multifamily units. In 2007, our name was amended to Manning Homes to reflect the composition of our team. Through this time we have remained focused on the needs of our clients.
Jay Manning, P.E.
A native of Copperas Cove, Jay has been involved in the design and construction of homes for over 30 years. He earned a degree in Civil Engineering from UT at Arlington and is a Registered Professional Engineer with the State of Texas.
Jason Manning
Raised in Copperas Cove, Jason joined Manning Homes full-time in 2000, after earning his degree in Business Administration from Tarleton State University.
Jonathan Manning
Raised in Copperas Cove, Jonathan joined Manning Homes full-time in 2001, after earning his degree in Business Administration from Baylor University.
